Kevin Underwood faces the death pentaly for murdering a 10-year-old girl and dismembering her body.Relatives of Kevin Underwood testifies and say that he was a akward and shy child growning up and had problems playing with other children. They also stated that he had a bipolar disorder. Underwood, 28, was convicted Friday of first-degree murder for the killing of Jamie Rose Bolin in April 2006 in a plot fueled by cannibalistic fantasies and Internet pornography. The pentalty phrase of Underwood’s trial began Monday. Jurors can sentence Underwood to death or give him a life sentence with or without the possibility of parole.Prosecutors said Underwood qualifies for the death penalty because he poses a continuing threat and because the girl’s killing was especially cruel. But the defense said he was mentally ill and was out of touch with reality.

My opinion to this articles is that if he was depress from the beginning of childhood, why didi the parents seek help? After this murder they decides to seek hewlp to keep him out of trouble. I don’t believe in death penalties, but i do believe that life in prison is not as bad as the a death penalty.

Woman Gives Birth to Identical In-Vitro Triplets…………

The identical triplets were born Wednesday at North Shore University Hospital on Long Island — an event so rare that an obstetrician estimated it might happen just once in 200 million births.The mother, Allison Penn, was inpregnated with only one embryo through in-vitro ferilization, said Dr. Victor Klein, a specialist in multiple births and high-risk pregnancies who delivered the boys.That embryo split in half and then one of the half split in half again.

My opinion in this situation, is that she has been blessed than the amount she expected.This pregenacy was also very rare to even happen. Dr. Victor Klein explains that this kind of birth might just happen once in 200 million births.

Shooting at L.A. bus stop leaves 8 wounded……

In Los Angeles, CA, a gunman fired into a crowd of people at a Los Angeles bus stop on Wednesday around 3:15 p.m. Eight was left wounded, includindg children. To be more specfic, it took place at the intersection of Central and Vernon avenues where cops are concerned gang volience. The shooting happened near a middle school but not on school grounds. The school was placed on lockdown after the incident, but parents later were allowed to pick up their children.Authorities were searching for the gunman, described as a black male aged 20 to 25, wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.

My opinion to this current event is that the gunman must have been really out his mind 2 be shooting at innocent people. This makes me even more angry cause of the incident involving children. To me this was really not nessacary to take place.
